Called and spoke with owner, Bill...he had his lead tech, Rick Mann, at our house within 1 1/2 hours...once the problem was determined, Rick left to pick up the parts, and completed the job within 4 hours of our call to Express Water Care..I'd give them a 10 star rating if it was available...highly recommend Express Water Care.
We called concerning problems with our pump. Bill, who I believe is the owner, had his lead tech, Rick Mann, at our house within 1 1/2 hours...Rick was pleasant, informative and professional. He knows his stuff! He left to get the parts, returned within an hour and had completed the job within 4 hours of our call. I'd give this group 10 stars if I could
