First time customer, terrible experience! I paid to have my glasses ordered and was told they’d be ready in 7–10 days. Two weeks passed with no update, so I called to check on the status only to find out that my order was never even placed. When I spoke with the manager, she constantly talked over me and couldn’t provide clear answers.
