A small move to New York. I moved from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. Always wanted to live in NY and now I am here. I am not a big reviewer but in this case because I have read so many horrible reviews on movers I had no choice but to take 3 minutes and give kudos to Express. They helped me when I first initially called trying to set things up. I spoke with Jason who was very accommodating. Also they were all very friendly, helpful, hardworking. The cost was what's expected. Not high but the cost was worth the value of service. So the prices are pretty good. I'd total go to them over anyone else. Ok, so I will be the first to review this company. I submitted my information on line to move from Miami to Mesquite, NV. My father passed away and left me and my family his home where he lived for 40 years. I am a real estate agent and my entire life was in Florida but I have to move to my fathers house to take care of the funeral arrangements and follow in his foot steps with his business. Express Movers hired through a bit of a competitive quoting process. They showed up on time, there were some issues in the at first with the packing (What was our responsibility and theirs). We did get that cleared away because thankfully my moving consultant was available. I was not charged anything more then my quoted price which seems to be the issue with most movers. We were first told that this was not a brooking company, but it actually is, as laborers were hired for the moving of our belongings. So, right from the start, we were lied to. You have another person besides Alex that assisted with our move, which is Jason. I don't like how last names are not provided because I find it very unprofessional and should have been the second red flag. Went through broker. Just spoke to Jason - sales manager that it's my fault I didn't buy more insurance because the company is not perfect and items will be damaged in the move. Several items were gorged, broken furniture etc. Again, if you decide this is your moving company, buy substantial amount of insurance because items most likely will be broken.

This company is a fraud. Jason Morgan the senior sales representative told us nothing but lies. He gave us a quote that was BS. When they arrived one day earlier than our scheduled move date and demanded we sign the new contract or they would not move us. Jason had a BS story that we were the only people being moved to Idaho and he had to up our fuel charge later to find out he piggybacked two other moves on our van and over charged us.
