A big shout out to Express Truck Service staff at Queanbeyan for their valuable assistance in sorting out a minor problem with our motorhome which had been towed from Yass to their premises.Having been told by others that we had a major problem we were expecting the worst only to have their staff expertly diagnose the issue and rectify the fault in a matter of minutes . We rang just before closing on a Wednesday with a bad fault making the engine kick and stutter. Booked us in for Thursday morning, first bonus. The mechanic, Warwick, was extremely knowledgeable, he had never experienced an issue like ours but worked in a very methodical way to locate the problem. His knowledge of all things Iveco saw us back on the road in 4 hours. The issue was wear in the loom, so very hard to chase. A service centre is only as good as the support it gets from the manufacturer. The staff at Express Truck Service persisted with my GPS map issue with not much support. They were professional and resolved the problem. I recommend them for all truck repairs
