Im extremely disappointed. Overall this so called company sucks! "Express" transport my ass I see nothing express about them. It's day 30 n my car is still not in my possession They don't answer my calls nor reply back to any of my emails. No courtesy call with status nothing!! Horrible service!! Very quick n nice to take ur deposit then screw the customer.
Stopped answering my calls, won't reply to my texts, set a pick up date from the 2nd to the 5th and they assured me it would be fine. It is the 9th now and they have done nothing and I have already payed my 100 dollar deposit. They aren't even answering my calls so I could try to get a refund or schedule another driver. The "driver" I did get apparently is having problems with his fuel injector. If I could rate lower, I would have.
Quoted a price and had to pay the driver more to get our truck from him. Called the company "Too bad you signed the contract". Apparently they have a clause that gives them the right to screw people. Don't use them, you will be sorry!
The worst company to ship your car with and I've done this twice with other companies. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. Tried to ship my car from Norfolk to Waukegan il. Quoted one price and charged another. All excuses why it was not picked up on time I ended up driving my car at risk of snow storm. They screen your calls and hang up on you when their contract is questioned and all the positive reviews are probably the people that own the company. This is the worst experience I've had, they quote you at a different price. Takes your down payment and told the driver a different price!!! Do not use this company they're a scam!!!!!! They don't deserve a star!!!Just had to do that to post my comment!!!!
