Had them rebuild a transmission in our ford ranger. In 2 years it had less than 4,000 miles on it because it was in and out of this shop to have it fixed. They eventually stopped answering calls and ignored us completely. Ended up selling the truck because it was useless because this shop couldn’t fix it right or give me a refund. DON’T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Horrible customer service they didn't fix anything on my cousins truck he just asked for a diagnostic, so we came the next day they took the transmission out the truck the pipes and all and charged him 410 for taking the transmission out and 500 to put bad trans back in
The worst mechanic shop that I have visited in my life paid more than $ 3200 dollars to repair my transmission two weeks later and it is no longer working! Do not visit this place it is the worst bad service they insult you when you ask to be fixed by the guarantee this happened in the Conroe tx store
Super shady people! They had another location called Extreme Transmission on 1314 ( same 832 number listed on their website ) we paid $1800 to have our transmission rebuilt. It has NEVER worked correctly and now the business is gone and they will not answer the phone. Do not trust this company!
