I was having trouble with my vehicle and found this place on line with 4 stars. I took it in for a diagnosis and was told it would need to leave it and they would call me. Wrong! I had to call them every time. The next day at 5:15pm I was told the problem and the price. I told them I would need to wait. So pick up my vehicle. The next day it I looked under the hood, come to find out they didn’t put back the reservoir cap and transmission dipstick. Really?! Won’t be taking my car back there for them to fix it!!

Absolutely very unprofessional staff. Repair price went up to $1500 ( promissed $1200) after he openned the transmission and demanded cash only for repair stated credit card machine NOT working. And refused to give me warranty for $1200cash. Demanded i pay $1500 cash to get 6 months warranty... I would NOT recommend this place to anyone....

I dropped my keys down the steering column on my 99 Honda CR-V. Went to Express Transmission and Perry was able to get them out without dismantling the steering column. Cost. No change. Will be back for my maintenance needs.

Absolutly horrible business, please heed this warning DO NOT USE THEM FOR REPAIRS. They RIP you off, they neglect your vehicle, they false advertise "2-3 day turn around" is a complete lie. Do your research on them before bringing your vehicle to them. Trying to save everyone the legal headache my family is going through now because of them.
