Great Service. We're supper kind to me AND my ESA bunny, not something I come across to often. Very fun environment. Transported my car truck off of the interstate where I broke down. -I didn't actually run out of gas.
Nobody likes having to deal with towing companies and roadside assistance, but the guys at Express towing are there to help when you need it, and very friendly! My fiancee and I have Allstate Roadside assistance, every time we called to get a tow, its either extremely expensive or takes hours to get somebody to help. The last 2 times we have needed a tow we ditched the Allstate and called Express towing. Excellent service! Dispatcher was friendly and Tim arrived to me in my stranded car fast! He had my tire changed in record time and the fee was reasonable. Thank you!!!! I highly recommend them.
Called at about 5:40 last night... The guy on dispatch was incredibly nice and reassuring. He said it'd be about 20 minutes. Sure, ok. No problem... It wasn't even 10 minutes and Tim was out and started getting my car hooked up. Though I don't wish anyone the trouble of having to have their vehicle towed, but in the event they do.. I definitely suggest you guys! Thanks so much!
It's Tuesday evening, and I just had a gentleman from express towing help me troubleshoot a problem with one of my automobiles. He spent a great deal of time with me on the telephone and I think the customer service at express towing is excellent.
