We got a flat in Odessa on I-20 due to the construction going on. Juan was at our location in 35-40 minutes of us calling, put on our spare, and brought us to his shop to patch our tire. We were back on the road very quickly after and able to finish our 4 hour drive safely. He was very nice and personable as well, and cared about us arriving safely.
Juan was able to show up on the weekend to help our elderly friend. He was very impressive. He took the tire off and took it to his shop to repair it. I was thinking it would take forever but he was back in no time at all! He had pictures of the inside of the tire and explained what he did and what was needed. Traveling from Arkansas, heading back to San Diego and had a blowout in Big Springs. Called this place and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service and more dependable than discount tires.. I highly recommend! Thank you for everything!
