I was greeted very politely upon arrival. I had a leaking tire and I was quoted a time that it would be completed. I also requested an alignment and was told that would take longer. I decided to skip it as I would have been pressed for time. I returned a little past the quoted time and found that they were able to fit the alignment in. I was very pleased with the service and it was a free flat repair. I already purchased the lifetime alignment service on a previous visit.

Chris at Firestone went above and beyond for me getting back on the road safely. His customer service skill and honesty throughout the whole process was reassuring. He is very knowledgeable and explained the function of everything and also gave recommendations. I will be going back to Firestone due to people like him.

It's better than some other places. They get your stuff done and don't entirely cheat you. But sometimes stuff happens. I had an appointment for a 5 minute Uber checklist and even tho there was only a couple other cars that came in it took two hours. Other mess up as well but that's what happened this time. But they are polite, get things done right, and don't overcharge.
