I’d give negative 5 stars if I could. I’m out of town and my sister is using my truck. She woke up and the truck wouldn’t start. I wasn’t awake yet so she got it towed to the closest mechanic shop which auto lab happened to be it. When the tow truck dropped it off he mentioned throwing the hitch in the bed and she said she didn’t know it had a hitch but thank you, and the workers were there and all looked at each other and laughed. Best shop in town by far!
Friendly, timely, clean atmosphere and Marty Clendenning and his workers have historically done great work on our vehicles when needed.
I brought my car in because it was surging. They kept my car all day. I had to call and see when it would be done. They said it was done and I could pick it up. I paid $165 for them to tell me to take it to a transmission shop. They didn’t diagnose it just told me to take it somewhere else. So it cost me $165 for nothing. Nothing at all! They didn’t work on it at all. Good job “auto lab” at getting over on a single mom. Gotta love being a female. I honestly would give them a zero but 1 star was my only option.
I was throughly pleased with the fast and efficient services that were provided on Saturday. I will continue to guide my sister-in -law, who came in on Saturday, as well as other family members and friends. Thanks for your services!
