After so $5 tips to the one who changed than they charge me $32 for doing nothing but change the spare ( I have tlc plates) which means we get regular reasonable prices as we all over nyc and we deal with almost all tires places and we know the real prices ( after all this explanation to the person he insisted $32 ) .
