When I frantically called them for help at 7:58 am I was greeted on the phone by a pleasant & friendly gentleman and explained what my bill would cost before they sent a tech, which I loved that! The tech had to travel quite a ways to get to me too..What a Rockstar my tech was! He had my tire off, fixed, aired and tightened before 30 minutes I swear. I was in a "world of hurt" trying to find a replacement rim/tire for my 2003 Motorhome after a camping trip to Michigan's U.P. left me with no spare (that's another story...) I checked all throughout the Traverse City Area but nobody could find a replacement that would function. A Kalkaska friend told me about Bauer Built so I gave them a call. Wow!
