A very no frills exterior but they did the job well, and quickly! My Samsung TV had the notorious capacitor issue: taking far too long to turn on, and clicking repeatedly. I was going to try to take on the repair myself when I learned that Samsung would take care of the repair through local authorized reps. Dropped off my large LCD and was able to pick it up a couple of days later. Boom, good as new! It's been a few weeks and I haven't had any issues thankfully.
