I was initially impressed with the sales person Bob. After he invited us to his home to see his room, we decided to buy vinyl track windows for our existing screened porch. We then had to deal with John. The contractor Jesse came out to begin work but got sick. He left home and equipment wherever he dropped it. He came back the second day but left the same way again. This time my back gate was open, his power tools still plugged up and trash, nails and materials left insecure and unsightly. John came out to clean up the mess... read more
John, the owner was very pleasant to work with. He came out and did the measurements in a timely manner and he was very straight forward about the price and told me about when they would start building my screened in patio. Jessie and his partner did a wonderful job of building my patio. I was 100% satisfied with his workmanship and he was very friendly to speak to.
