There is a serious safety concern here. I tried to bring it to their attention by contacting them via email and also called to which they said they would “check” and never heard back. They don’t take safety seriously. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
This place SUCKS. Do not work with them. I’m a college student and have had a unit over the past two summers and customer service has consistently been poor. Their posted hours are not accurate and they have opened late/closed early many times. Very unreliable and inconsistent. My friend and I have driven multiple times to access our unit and they have been closed. Super sketchy, elevator doesn’t work, hallway lights broken, pretty sure people are living in their units. As a girl, I would not go there by myself.
Tray was awesome and helped with my trailer issue so much. So friendly and low stress.
