Not sure if it’s because I’m Hispanic or what ever but I was next door getting my nails done and after I was done I took my dog out to use the bathroom and I’m well aware that I have to pick up after him so I was looking for a poop bag and I was being approached by the older dude with glasses with a demand walk, walking up to me to make sure I was going to pick up after my dog. The staff is always polite and accommodating. We rent a lot of trucks and we always check this location first and only go elsewhere if they don't have what we need. Went in there on a super chaotic day, observed a very rude customer on their way out, and still received excellent service from the young woman at the desk and from the gentleman who goes to retrieve the trucks.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this — truly. I’m not one to rant on the internet. But after dealing with this place, I feel like it would be irresponsible not to warn others. If you’re considering storing your things here, maybe… don’t. Unless you enjoy chaos, mixed signals, and being treated like an inconvenience. After a death in the family three years ago, we were told by an employee (Linley) that all we’d need to access the unit was a death certificate.
