Poor service, dishonest. And unprofessional. They do ask for money before shipping vehicle but dont make the payment to the shipping company on time, which results into you the customer paying penalties to your destination port.
Not serious at all. The only reliable person there is Bonita. All they want is your money, once they got that, you won't get any explanation about anything even your vehicle title or other paper may get lost and there is anybody that can help. Just be careful if you have to deal with them.
Joe is a good man! He loves people and is always helpful despite the difficulty of the business.
