The initial service I received to fix my water line was very good. When I discovered the following morning (today) that I still had a leak from the fridge, the customer service went from very good to very bad. When I call a company to let them know I still had a leak I don't expect it to be a burden. I called and the person didn't say their name when they answered the phone, didn't ask for my name, I actually had to say "Do you need my name?" I will never use nor recommend this company again.
I was impressed by the professionalism of the tech that came out. He rock and rolled huge, came in , did his thing , gave me an estimate on the repair and had the parts on his truck. Also offered me a call to meet appt so i didnt have to stay home all day! another great thing was they waived the service call when they did the reapir so was a flat rate with parts and labor!
I needed a repair in my refrigerator. I made an appointment and they arrived the same day, right on time, and even offered to call me at work 30 minuits before the appointment. I was thrilled to find this arrangement went so smoothly, they were professional and very pleasant. They repaired mt refrigerator in very short order and the $89.00 price was more than fair.
