It's completely amazing the in effectiveness of this company. After many years of using them they suddenly can't find my files and don't know how to refill a prescription no matter who I talk to. It's an issue of they have no idea what's going on. Steer very clear of them. Another company that's a serious Money Grab.

I was denied access to a medically necessary medication, despite being told over the phone by an Express Scrips supervisor in prior authorization that I met the criteria. Then I received a written denial claiming I didn’t qualify. The appeal process is policy driven with the goal to get you to give up - not follow FDA regulation or the interest of the patient (you!). I was tossed around to 20 different supervisors in 3 days with no answers. They repeated refusal to provide their actual policy or clinical criteria in writing.... read more

Their website says it takes a week to get your meds, apparently this is a lie. My doctor got them my prescription the morning of 5/27. I was just told today that I won't get it until 6/12 at the earliest and there's nothing I can do to get it sooner, even though I'm willing to pay for expedited shipping. Two weeks from order to delivery and being without my meds for a week? Absolutely outrageous

Terrible service! Called to get my prescription straightened out and they wouldn't fix it. Instead they processed to tell me my doctor isn't smart enough to write the prescription right. So they did me a favor and altered my prescription in their own way. When I called them out on it they hung up on me and deleted my account! Stay away!!!!!!
