These guys make everything tough. They border on criminality. They already violated Federal Law (PHI) for my family and ordering from them is convoluted at best. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, you'll "get it" when they get around to it.
These people don't understand anything but what their little script tells them to say. They transfer you around because they don't know anything, and waste your time.
But Tyrone Christy is a prick. That nigger couldn't talk to me when he had a problem with me when I worked there for ISS Facilities Services.
Every month it's an obstacle course to get a prescription! Transferred way too many times, on hold too long, transferred to the wrong number, cut off by automated service, etc. The list goes on and on. Very poor customer service!
I'm pretty sure my 1st conversation was with a 4th grader......from Arizona. The 2nd conversation was pretty usless, young man seem to have a good grasp of the King's English but offered no resolution to the fact that my doctor faxed the script over a week ago and still had not shipped due to Express Scripts un-certainty of what to do on one medicine, so they held them all up, yet nobody has yet contacted my doctor over it. INCOMPETENCE RULES THIS COMPANY!!
So raging upset right now. Worst possible company ever. I have spent countless hours on the phone with this horrible company, because they can't keep my medication on file or there is always some stupid glitch, like they withdraw my script because there is no instructions on file. Ridiculous excuses delaying my regular medication. So fed up and wish I could switch out of this insurance. Unfortunately, this is the company the NYC DOE (teachers) have to go through. Any advice?!?!?
