I called and could barely hear the person I was talking to due to all of the talking in the background. I will pay the extra from my local pharmacy just to escape the awful experience I had.
I hate F Express Scripts. We have had nothing but problems from the get go with this lousy ass company. They F suck. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company if you have any choice. Unfortunately, right now I don't have a choice.
So raging upset right now. Worst possible company ever. I have spent countless hours on the phone with this horrible company, because they can't keep my medication on file or there is always some stupid glitch, like they withdraw my script because there is no instructions on file. Ridiculous excuses delaying my regular medication. So fed up and wish I could switch out of this insurance. Unfortunately, this is the company the NYC DOE (teachers) have to go through. Any advice?!?!?
Absolutely the WORST Rx supplier in the USA! Mail an Rx on 7/31/15, Express Scripts receives it on 8/4/15 and as of now, 8/10/15 it is still in limbo. A tier 3 drug that Rx must be mailed in and signed for at USPS delivery at our home. 2-day supple left! Called supervisor - never called back. If I could afford I would place a 'full-page' ad in every major newspaper asking all Americans that have problems with Express Scripts to write their Representatives in Washington.
Not too happy right now with these folks. I take bioidential/compound medication. One of them is serotonin which is mixed with a filler of pharmaceutical grade lactose. Express Scripts has now deemed pharmaceutical grade lactose as over the counter and therefore will not fill my script. I am a veteran who has a limited income and cannot afford the $350 to pay out of pocket. Pharmaceutical grade lactose is not a narcotic and has not nutritional value.
