Excellent service, I always get my medications on time. Express Script let me know when I am due for refill and contact my doctor in reasonable time when my prescription is out. I have never had any issues with Express Script.

Have 2 seperate accounts and spoken to over a dozen supervisors,and they still put my medicare prescriptions with my WTC prescriptions. The Company needs a total shake up from top to bottom. I called yesterday Corporate Office and left a message with name,number and nobody has had the courtesy to return my call. I would give them a zero rating but there is no category for that. Expert Scripts, as an organization, appears to be deficient in providing adequate services, particularly in the medical administration domain. Approximately three months ago, I submitted a service request, and they subsequently requested additional documentation, which I provided despite my reservations about its necessity. Liars and cheaters. They transferred a medication without my knowledge or consent. They constantly lied to me over multiple phone calls concerning a prescription. They refused to cover a new prescription for a medication. They refused to respond by email. They prefer phone calls as they can lie to you with without tracking. When you call them out on a lie or erroneous information, they play dumb. They sent HIPAA protected information to third parties without my knowledge. Here's one star for changing the time I can refill my medication to the day I run out. This company has gotten ridiculous. No communication. I only found out after trying to refill a medication twice and the pharmacy not knowing why it wouldn't refill.
