This pharm the rudest staff every time you call. No body knows nothing. Hey member the one time there was that level 3 manager couldn't even Google an insulin pump. Oh yeah you almost killed that patient literally.
Horrible prescription plan to deal with. I have very difficult to treat angle glaucoma, I have tried and and failed many procedures and eye drops, and until this year the eye drop I needed to control this condition was partially covered by my insurance plan, but this year Express Scripts sent a letter that I have to have tried all four of their ‘preferred formulary’ prescriptions. If it were possible to give zero starts I would. This place is terrible. I spoke to 4 different people and they kept telling me there was a problem with my credit card and after speaking with my bank several times there was no problem. I tried 3 different cards and got the same result. They could not figure this out. I ended up going to a mom and pop local pharmacy that was fantastic and had no issues with my card. Please avoid them.
The best way to describe this company is like your cable provider, except its your medicine. As long as you are on an auto-ship plan, don't need anything from them, and they don't need anything from you, this service is wonderful. The moment that even the lightest hiccup emerges, your every encounter will unravel like a racoon washing cotton candy.
