If I could leave less than one star I would most definitely do so. It's an absolute shame that this company has been given the contract again to handle the militarys veterans medication needs their inability to even handle it without having to reach out to the department of veterans affairs is pathetic. And as we all know the government doesn't work on weekends so God forbid you need medication advice refills or help with your online app processes during that time. Express Scripts attempts and fails to manage unwieldy national distribution of meds. There are some benefits, but as it stands, I'd rather get my family's meds from any other source. My wife had a liver transplant and must take meds every 12 hours. We used the hospital pharmacy for two months before it was removed from our plan. We shifted to Walgreens; that was fine. Nothing easy here, takes weeks to get your meds, normally loose scripts, send ones you don't ask for....what happened? Aaasgh
AVOID EXPRESS SCRIPTS! They will make a task as simple as refilling a standard prescription a complete misery. Terrible customer service, terrible patient support.
