Absolutely impossible to get a straight answer out of anyone. I’m being denied a benefit I pay for. 11/24 this started and now 9/26 and still no help no answers and no solution.
If a new medication is ordered, people need to be aware that it takes 1 to 2 WEEKS to get the medication delivered. If you want or need a medication sooner, this isn’t the right pharmacy for you. I asked them about this ridiculously long wait time and their stupid response was that they want to be sure it’s distributed properly. Funny that it takes Walgreens about an hour to make sure of that while they can’t do it in under 2 weeks. Now I’ll sit back and wait for their automated AI response to this review
Everyone needs to bring these reviews to their HR department. Express Scripts is criminal - forcing people with time sensitive/life dependent medications to use their mail service that takes a week plus to get the medications out to people with diabetes, asthma, etc. I have asthma and they've constantly changed what they cover, no longer allow me to get the drugs through Costco which was cheaper and immediate, and consistently screw up orders, cancel orders, etc. The customer service rep I spoke with today got confused and t... read more
Absolute nightmare to deal with. I’m currently looking for insurance that doesn’t use them, even if I have to pay extra. The stress that I have to go through every month with them is just not worth it.
Unable to deliver medications in a timely manner. Orders will sit in processing until you call and waste 30+ meetings being transferred around. Magically, the meds will ship shortly after the phone call. My daughter and I both have ran out of meds because of their incompetence. The last round of calls I had to make someone finally admitted they had run out of my medication and were waiting on a resupply.
