Accredo/express scripts has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not one to write reviews but what I have had to deal with as a patient is absolutely unacceptable. I most recently worked with Justin who was unable to connect me with a supervisor or give me their name after I expressed I urgently needed my new medication. If you don't ever want to know when your medication is going to show up and have it take forever and have it both tell you that it's getting ready. It's already going to be shipped today and also it's not ready to be shipped at the same time it's the place for you. If you've got a month before you need your meds, maybe they're fine. If you actually want to take your meds, go someplace else
Horrific company. Constantly changing drug formularies. Took two weeks to review a prior authorization for an inhaler I need and have been on previously with success, denied it via a pre recorded call and offered no alternatives.
Express has sent prescriptions that are archived two times to me. I have called them and wasted my time talking till I am blue in the face. How can this be. I had called in May of this year and had a long conversation about the first wrong drug sent. Was refunded. They said it was all fixed and wouldn't happen again. Now Express did it again.
