Unable to deliver medications in a timely manner. Orders will sit in processing until you call and waste 30+ meetings being transferred around. Magically, the meds will ship shortly after the phone call. My daughter and I both have ran out of meds because of their incompetence. The last round of calls I had to make someone finally admitted they had run out of my medication and were waiting on a resupply. Poor customer service. Called Monday spoke with an agent. Was promised the RX would arrive by Friday. It did not. Due to the missing RX, ended up in Urgent Care. Not the first time meds have not arrived when promised. As a CF patient inhalers are extremely important. Cannot trust Express Scripts. Would have given zero stars if that was an option.
I don’t know what happened to these guys, but they used to be first rate and now they’re just terrible. Customer service doesn’t listen to you and doesn’t follow through with requests. They’re simply unreliable and I am hoping my company switches back to one of the other services next year.
I have tried and tried and tried to get an account opened. I'm 81. Computers and I don't mix. Talked to the robot 3 times. Had first real person hang up on me. #s 2 and 3 were no help. I got 5 different codes needed to get into my account. Still am not able to get into my account.
I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau, the NABP accredited health care merchant and digital pharmacy, the URAC accredit pharmacy company, the URAC rare disease pharmacy center for excellence. I have tried literally for 5 months to get my medication!!! I have spoken to many many people. One person has no clue what the other person is doing.
