Very helpful and professional staff. I always get my medication on time.
My existing prescriptions had to transfer over to Express script due to my husband's extended insurance company policy. Despite of my worries, everything went smoothly. First I got a call from one of associates, he went through all the informations and explained how this works. He was very professional but same time friendly as well. One of my daily medication was out for few days due to transition, but he try to process the order as soon as possible. And he transferred the call over to one of pharmacist. Having a really pleasant experience so far. The staff and the pharmacist who helped me are so helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. They always follow up, and it’s easy to call them back - no long wait times. Really thankful!!
