Nicole and Brenda are rude. We have a reasonable expectation of transparency when being told we need to use a certain drug our doctor has not prescribed. If you cannot explain medically why we need to use a product then you cannot suggest it. This is a predatory practice clearly designed to drive consumers to use your preferred vendors and products.
Customer Service staff are very nice but honestly the worst with getting any help. All excuses and no answers with my questions.
