Always amazed by how poorly packaged they send these very expensive medications. We’ll be moving everything over to local pharmacies, after too much comes damaged and the company takes no responsibility for it. A nightmare to work with when you need customer service. I’ve been waiting for 24 minutes just to cancel my account that I didn’t know I made. Very slow. Person was kind and patient but really wayyy too slow.
am having so much back pain and they denied me for lidocaine patches and said it is because I have to try other medications their cheap and don't give a crap about people and will do anything to save them money worst place and no one was honest don't give them business take your money else where
