I never got my prescription. I'll never use this service ever again. If I could give this company negative stars I would.
Always amazed by how poorly packaged they send these very expensive medications. We’ll be moving everything over to local pharmacies, after too much comes damaged and the company takes no responsibility for it. A nightmare to work with when you need customer service. Express Scripts thrives because they monopolize the military mail order pharmacy scene, NOT because they do quality delivery or customer service. If you have any other choice— choose somewhere else.
