After renewing my son's insulin prescriptions online and providing a credit card for the charge, whoever processed the online order elected to try to charge a different card on file. It failed, so they tried again, throwing an alert for the card. Then they called me to get confirmation of the card I wanted to use which I provided, again. Simply awful
I am writing this review on behalf of my father. He renewed a series of prescription drugs on March 9, 2020 which they sent out on March 10. They shipped the package via DHL to my local post office. The post office receipted the package in on their tracking system and from there the package went on a journey through three different post offices. The post office where the tracking system says it's at (in Upper Manhattan, when we live in Brooklyn) says they can't find it. When my father called customer service at express-scrip... read more
