getting your medicine to you. not very good at all
CLOSE !! Let a company that knows how to do the job of getting people the medication they need BEFORE they run out. If you ( EXPRESS SCRIPTS ) need info as why I say this... PLEASE get ahold of me! If you dare.
I called and could barely hear the person I was talking to due to all of the talking in the background. I will pay the extra from my local pharmacy just to escape the awful experience I had.
I hate F Express Scripts. We have had nothing but problems from the get go with this lousy ass company. They F suck. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company if you have any choice. Unfortunately, right now I don't have a choice.
I am deeply disappointed by this company! I sent money for the medicine and they cashed the CEC. And then they once asked me to pay them? After that they apologized! My doctor sent a prescription by fax on July 26th. On 28 July I received the message yes to Express scripts that they did not prescription? Are there only incompetent people who do not know what they are doing? Please avoid this company so you do not have any problems with your medication!?
PLEASE ALLOW ME TO TELL YOU WHAT I THINK OF YOUR CALL CENTER AT EXPRESS SCRIPTS. DON'T TELL ME THAT YOU ARE WAITING TO HEAR FROM MY DOCTOR WHEN YOU NEVER SENT OR CALLED MY SCRIPTS IN. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I CALLED AND CHECKED MYSELF. YOU HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER CALL CENTERS. TRICARE, YOU NEED TO CHANGE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE US A COPAY, NOW. POOR,POOR,POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
I hate that my company makes me use this horrible company, 20 days, three faxes, 3 phone calls from my doctor, six from me and yet I still won’t have my medication in time for when I run out. On top of all this I have to call my doctors office and get a prescription filled locally for 7 days because you messed up again!!!! I will be filing a MAJOR complaint with my insurance company.
