very tough to deal with. I certainly understand all the poor reviews. I’ve given them many chances, but it never seems to get any better.
No enough signs to help drivers. Anyway if Amazon Truck Entrance is on your RIGHT go the next street and TURN RIGHT AT BP gas station , Turn right again next street, Turn right again just after the Amazon fence. Proceed to Express script, or Accredo , same building. Call box at Accredo to check in with security. Good luck
Fast door assignment and unload
They didn’t auto refill my 30 day even though I requested it but didn’t tell me up front that there is no auto refill for 30 day refill. They cancelled a current 90 day prescription and blamed it on my doctor’s office. Why would my doctor’s office do that?? Now I understand why they have such a low review score. I should have looked at it before now! Nothing Express about these folks!
