No overnight parking, but can park on the street or the parking lot next door. Easy check in at 07:00. Negative, better signs near the main road is needed to direct drivers here.
I really don’t even know where to begin when describing Express Scripts. Literally every single month there is an issue whether it be having to call and confirm an address, missing medication, not refilling automatically, being transferred around the Philippines with customer service agents. I think one day I traveled the entire customer service department in the Philippines just to be told that I needed to call a different number. Avoid this company like the plague.
This is the worst and most controlling company you will ever deal with. Hope your health doesn't count on you getting your prescriptions, because this company cares less.
I pay for the best insurance through my employer and Express Scripts provides substandard customer service. The AI that answers their calls are terrible. They do not transfer you to a live person for more detailed conversations when asked. Prescriptions are paramount in maintaining health and not filling Prescriptions when my doctor submitted the necessary documentation is not acceptable. We are new ExpressScripts clients. Been with them for 40 days. Already determined that We should, have stayed with the previous provider. Received a text today that an order wouldn't be processed for 42 days. The text was unclear which prescription was involved. Tried to negotiate the On-Line app. Gave up and called ExpressScripts. Keep in mind, ExpressScripts will go to great lengths to avoid any human interaction with clients.
