I was more interested in seeing how big of an operation Express Scripts is, then I see all these bad reviews. I’ve been using them for years, and have never had any issues. Every time I call, I speak to a knowledgeable person who seems to care. The only time my medication was close to running out was because my health care provider wouldn’t send them my prescription.
No overnight parking, but can park on the street or the parking lot next door. Easy check in at 07:00. Negative, better signs near the main road is needed to direct drivers here.
I really don’t even know where to begin when describing Express Scripts. Literally every single month there is an issue whether it be having to call and confirm an address, missing medication, not refilling automatically, being transferred around the Philippines with customer service agents. I think one day I traveled the entire customer service department in the Philippines just to be told that I needed to call a different number. Avoid this company like the plague.
This is the worst and most controlling company you will ever deal with. Hope your health doesn't count on you getting your prescriptions, because this company cares less.
I pay for the best insurance through my employer and Express Scripts provides substandard customer service. The AI that answers their calls are terrible. They do not transfer you to a live person for more detailed conversations when asked. Prescriptions are paramount in maintaining health and not filling Prescriptions when my doctor submitted the necessary documentation is not acceptable.
