Trash! I think im on blood pressure medicine just dealing with them. Once you get a hold of someone they often call help but a limited in what then can do. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE THE NEED IMMEDIATE HELP
Yeah, I wish I could give zero stars. Always have issues getting medication on time, or they never have it in stock, problem with coverage, etc. Always an excuse to not receive the medication that unfortunately I need. Only reason I used them was because that was covered in my plan. Not sure whose grand idea it was to make mail in pharmacies mandatory for long term medication but here we are. Do not use voluntarily. My health is declining because of it.
I’m not happy with this company i ran out of medication I call in and told them I was out and ask why they haven’t shipped it! It was always an automatic refill every 90 days it’s always filled two weeks before it’s due. It’s an anxiety medication. I’ve been on for 18 years. You just don’t stop taking that kind of medicine. I’m looking for other companies.
Customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Shipped me and billed me for meds not needed. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a credit back. The CSR claimed they credited me but couldn’t confirm until accounts receivables reviews. Such a waste of my time waiting for the CSR to get approvals from managers.
Two stars because I do get my meds sometimes. Been fighting 6 months to get the actual fill of on of my meds. They’ll only send me 10 days at a time of a med I’ve been taking for 10 years.
