Customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Shipped me and billed me for meds not needed. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a credit back. The CSR claimed they credited me but couldn’t confirm until accounts receivables reviews. Such a waste of my time waiting for the CSR to get approvals from managers.

Two stars because I do get my meds sometimes. Been fighting 6 months to get the actual fill of on of my meds. They’ll only send me 10 days at a time of a med I’ve been taking for 10 years.

I’d give them zero stars. If you desperately need your meds on time every month, you would be better off finding some place local. I had issues with the local pharmacy I was using and saw Express Scripts delivers to your door. What they don’t tell you is that it will be a week late every single time. The initial month I started using them, they were a week late and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a new script to get started. I called for a prior authorization and the person I spoke with said they couldn't pull any of my information up about my script/doctor that id have to call back with it. Called back with information ready and the representative that answered this time immediately pulled up all information that the other representative made me call around to figure out. Also called 2 weeks prior to this with the same issue come to find out that they never sent a prior authorization at all

Truckers… Express Scripts in Whitestown, IN. unload quick and are professional with plenty of room to maneuver. I would recommend using google maps once you exit. Garmin takes you down a truck restricted route. Google takes you right to the entrance.
