They can’t get their lies straight. One minute they tell me they don’t have the merchandise but they say they are booking in advance but can’t deliver within the promised delivery window. Turns out they did have the merchandise. They booked me two weeks later….Then they call to reschedule for a week sooner (the week they say they were booked) bc they can’t stick to the date they gave me. They get paid to attempt a delivery so they could careless if you get your stuff in good condition or not all the good reviews are employees don’t fall for this scam company

This shipper brought furniture. They damaged my front door, tore the bottom of the sofa and left all the garbage in my front yard. They tried to fit the sofa through the door and we told them to go around to the sliding door because it was wider. The deliver guy stated that he wasn't gonna go around to no back door and shoved it through the front door scratching both sides of the door frame and the door. We called the company and they told us that the damage looked old. This is after we had sent them the invoice for the door... read more
