They owed me 3 pills from my prescription. I called, was told they would have to investigate. For real, they gave them to me. But called me back to say they investigated it and they did owe me.
They need better customer service
I had a medication that insurance did not pay for i had an Express RX card that saves up to 80% they would not take Good RX, and it is taken everywhere, told me they use their own in house card. The medication price they gave me was the same as the price of the medicine without a discount which means they did not use a discount. I will not be using them again.
