I accidentally went to a hair salon in Calgary on a business trip and this place fixed the absolute botch job I received from AB. Thank you so so much, I was seriously spiralling from that horrible hair cut but now it lookssooooo cute!

This was probably one of the worst root touch up appointments I’ve ever had. It was so rushed and while the male hairstylist tried to match my previous colour, this one was even lighter and did not fully cover my grey. He seemed convinced it had, but it did not (a bit of light and you can tell the difference). Furthermore, once my hair was dry, the back/underneath hair was feeling super greasy, and I think it’s because the conditioner was not properly washed out. Nicely done, Sarah and Juby! My grown out fine hair now feels more shapely and radiant, thanks to Sarah’s and Juby’s magic with the scissors and products. Both stylists are extremely kind, caring and talented. It will be a pleasure coming back :)

On my original appointment day, I was disappointed to find out that my stylist had been changed without notice; I only found out after calling to confirm my appointment. I was assured the new stylist could handle my hair type, but the service felt rushed. I was told my appointment was only 15 minutes instead of an hour, my hair was brushed very aggressively, and the highest heat was used without heat protectant.
