Don't be fooled by Scott Muscarro's fast talking fake pleasant demeanor. Scott will rip you off! Scott was given $2,100 by our home insurance company to do a simple dry wall job. As a contractor, he hired a subcontractor Andy to do the dry wall. After Andy was finished, Scott (Express restoration) refused to pay the sub contractor and refused to answer his phone calls.
