I have been renting from them for 2 years and I was driving a car that had constant problems. They switched it out finally and gave me a car that had another problem with the ignition. Their mechanic sent someone to look at the car (as he was in Mexico) and he made another key and that was it. Now they are trying to charge me for the saying they replaced or fixed the ignition when I was standing there the ENTIRE time and there was nothing fixed just a key made.
