This company hired a law firm to collect my Chemotherapy debt and sued me while I had verbally negotiated with the law firms rep. The law firm agreed to give me time and according to court records went behind my back to file lawsuit anyway. Therefore I believed in them and they snaked me. Emptied my bank account children’s account cd account and my inheritance. The law firm clearly said there was nothing to negotiate with the collection agency yet the collection agency saw my review and said I could have negotiated!!! So law... read more
0/10 customer service was terrible. We Waited over an hour for my car to be released from the impound lot after paying and filing my paperwork. Watched three different people file complaints about damage to their vehicle. I do not recommend anyone using Antrev Recovery.
