Resie R has gone the extra mile for us through what was a particularly stressful month of remedial works, building disruption and flux. We have felt genuinely heard throughout her becoming our property manager. This is on the back of a less than stellar previous manager, and has made such a difference. We rented through Express Realty for almost 8 years across two different properties, and they were consistently professional, fair, and easy to deal with. They always balanced the needs of the tenants with the owners, and any issues were handled quickly and respectfully. Rented an apartment in Bondi Beach through Express Realty for 3 years. Issues were rectified promptly, full bond was returned without any issues, though I did use their recommended end of lease cleaner to ensure cleaning would be up to standard.
