I was completely satisfied with my ramp purchase experience with Eric at Express Ramp. Buying a wheelchair ramp was a challenging experience for me as had no experience in modular wheelchair ramps and I a timeline. I needed to make sure my brother-in-law would be able to safely get into his home upon discharge from the hospital. My first thought was to make a ramp in the same style as a deck out of wood. I recently purchased a platform and ramp to provide access for my elderly parents from the garage into the house. I priced out other options (wheelchair lift, wooden ramp) and Express Ramps came in significantly less in overall price. Plus, I figured I probably would have some resale value as the modular components would lend themselves to resale/reuse. The steps are nice, and very sturdy. I had some issues, but was able to get everything worked out. Don't count on the 3-5 day shipping. That is based on the trucking company used.
