So I called due to a waterline breaking, and we had water running everywhere. It was 930 am Saturday morning. Whoever answered the phone sounded like he was in bed still sleeping, and I was bugging him. He said he was going to call his boss to call me. No one ever called me. That’s called being blown off. So if you have an emergency, don’t bother, because they won’t bother.
