Quoted for $700 charged $1,500 then sent a referral person for septic wiring for $8,000. When asked neighbors, how much they stated they have never had a job for that high and that I was over charged. My loyalty goes to honest businesses.
I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They completed the job in one day so I didn’t have to go without water. They even put down grass seeds and straw where they had to dig. Very impressed by their hard work and they were very nice and informative. Thank you I will definitely recommend your services.
FANTASTIC COMPANY! They showed up in a jiffy, well, it was actually a fully equipped company vehicle, to evaluate my problem! More than clogged, tree limbs had invaded the tank. They quickly dispatched the appropriate equipment and the problem was fully resolved with in hours, at a very good rate. All personnel were polite, communicative, efficient and very capable! I would recommend this company to anyone!
Very disappointed with customer service. I was charged $312 for water spicket I understand he had to cut the wall to glue it but the labor itself was less than an hour. On my invoice charge me for 1h 30mins. The technician didn’t even screwed the spicket and idk where those screws are. No estimate ahead was given. From the start, Kelly answered the phone professionally. I needed to get my septic tank cleaned and wanted risers installed. She sent Rick and Colter to my home. They did a phenomenal job. Both were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Price was reasonable. I gave them a few dollars extra for lunch. I highly recommend Express Plumbing & Septic. Great family business!
