Nice enough, but really did not seem to like service calls and was not prepared. I understand new builds are cleaner/better work. But don't send someone who clearly hates service calls to do a service call, it's dirty work, it didn't get done right and it was clear they did not want to be there. Still got billed $500+ for half-assed service work.

We had a toilet replaced by Express plumbing in early March. They provided a new top of the line toilet, removed the old, no name model and installed the new one in 1 hour. Great, efficient, competent service. Very impressive. The technician was courteous, knowledgable and tested opout the service. Well done!!.. Thx for this great service. Dan

Express Plumbing came to the rescue yesterday for a client on short notice and saved the day with a new hot water tank. Customer service is always 5/5 with Shawn and his crew! We highly recommend, Thanks again!
