Anytime you call for help, it’s stressful! How much will it cost? How broken is it lol ugh… when I called express it was before they opened and I asked to please put the call in AFTER they opened because I don’t want to emergency fee and they did just that!!! The service call was put out at 8am, I was called at 10 and told it’ll be around noon. 1230 I had my hot water tank back running!!! Great service, great on call, great people

ChatGPT said they were experts in sump pumps but they had difficulty troubleshooting the problem with my battery back up sump and were not able to install replacement one. $217 with travel charge.
