I received excellent customer service from Express Plumbing and Heating. I was quoted a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. There were no add ons. The ladies I spoke to were very pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions. The plumber was very professional, he made sure to clean up after himself and he took the time and had the patience to show me how to light the pilot light. Called to have two faucets in my bathroom replaced and the supply lines underneath replaced. Charge was $115/hr and a $25 truck charge. This is high, but in the end I heard they do good work. Technician arrived and got promptly to work, and was also friendly. When complete, was told he will go complete his "billing" in the truck. Came back with an invoice for 2.25 hours of travel time and work @ $115/hr.
