I was very pleased with the service I received. The plumber was very persistent in clearing a clog that was very far out and difficult to achieve. He stuck with it and ultimately was successful. I couldn’t be happier.

RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS! They are liars and crooks. They came and snaked our shower drain and ended up causing damage to the unit below us and totally denied responsibility! Tried to blame it on us for using Drano and having old pipes. Unbelievable! They are also LYING about being accredited by the BBB; they are NOT, as the BBB told me themselves. AND, you can't get anyone on the phone as they have a "service" that screens all their calls. What does that tell you? Their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is also a bunch of BS. The... read more

Great service and timely. Highly recommend. Another job well done. So now I've used them for plumbing repairs, install a water system, repair a gas leak including the wall repairs both inside and outer.

I contacted these guys to make a flexible line connection to my gas grill. It's a very small job and they charged me over $600 for 20 minutes worth of work. I called to discuss the bill but never heard back. Will never use them again. I hate it when people take advantage and it only happens once.
