I contacted these guys to make a flexible line connection to my gas grill. It's a very small job and they charged me over $600 for 20 minutes worth of work. I called to discuss the bill but never heard back. Will never use them again. I hate it when people take advantage and it only happens once.
Everyone was helpful from the dispatcher john , the john tech , and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. They urgently secured the part within a day and got the ac running the following day. They kept me informed every step of the way as well. Thank you!
Kevin Kosten was the technician. He is absolutely incredible! Super knowledgeable, efficient and had excellent suggestions for our problems! I will call for his assistance every time in the future!
