The guys came over to assess my drain issue, and unfortunately, they found that it was broken. They explained that we’d need to order a custom part for the repair. They took the drain out for me so I could take it to the hardware store to find a replacement. What impressed me most was that they didn’t charge me for the visit, despite not being able to fix the problem that day. They were honest, helpful, and didn’t push me for any unnecessary services. I really appreciate the effort.
Our water heater went out, so we decided to replace it with a new tankless model. Jacob and his helper did a fantastic job from start to finish. They sourced the new water heater, drained and removed the old one, and installed the new one with all new lines and connections. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Now we have hot water again, and everything works perfectly. They were professional and got the job done right. Afterward, they thoroughly tested the plumbing both inside and outside the house to ensure everything was flowing properly. The service was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable.
