We had a squirrel in our attic and we called Express Pest based on the reviews. There were several miscommunication on the scope of the work and the team was consistently late for the appointment (sometimes hours late). Due to the miscommunications, the ground team left and had to come back. The office and the ground team were not aligned with what was communicated to me. We also had to remind them to take away the one way door. Yes, they got rid of the squirrel but it was a stressful experience.
Sabir was great and able to perform a same day service on a wasp nest. We appreciated him answering all of our questions regarding this type of pest treatment and would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!
We will be forever grateful for the professional, fast and effective response from Express Pest over the Christmas holidays. Highly recommend!!!!
