Horrible, Horrible Horrible!!! Took my Nissan Frontier for an oil change. After draining the oil, the idiot tightened the plug so tight, now they can't even remove it! Looks like I'll be stuck have to change the whole oil pan, plug and gasket!! Not to mention the oil again!!!! About a $150.00 repair!!!!
