The GM Rob from the Westwood Loop location came out of his way to this location and took great care of me.
Adventures in auto care!! Colton (manager) made our visit memorable. He told us the visit would no more than 13 minutes, little did we know that the 12 yr old Nissan pickup would be so stubborn... lol. Bolted in air cabin filters, hard to access bulbs for brake lights. He handled everything with grace and humor. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. He's an exemplary employee and we will absolutely be back!!
Let me start by saying this place has been wonderful to me from the beginning to the end on every visit rather it’s a oil change or other concerns the staff is the best Jose helped me the last couple times and I was very satisfied.
I want to start off by saying I will be back. The customer service from all of the workers is amazing. I want to truly thank, Kolton who is the store manager. His professionalism and patience was great. Thank you Express Oil Change and Kolton.
