I just met with Wayne today. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment and confirmed they had some availability, and an appointment wasn't needed. I was able to walk in, get my car inspected, repaired, and ready to roll all within an hour. They went above and beyond and even swapped out my cabin filter. They had a nice air-conditioned waiting room and cold bottled water available, especially today when it's 97° outside, and Wayne checked in throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly. Wayne is the shop manager and he has helped me several times and is always very communicative and efficient! The technicians, most recently Ryan, have all been knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose and solve my car issues.
Great experience. I got an unrepairable tire puncture just before we left for vacation. These guys expedited in a new tire for me. Got it on ASAP. Wayne was great with very proactive and precise communication. Coleman was great too and met me at my car every time I pulled up. Thanks again and I’ll gladly be back.
