Installed new air filter and housing incorrectly. The vehicle wasn't getting the proper air fuel mixture and started to stall out when idling. Got the run around upon advising them of the issue and the cause of it. I had the documentation to back up the cause of the issue.

Brought in a family memebers car and asked for an oil change. Showed the guy the coupon I had that explicity said "Conventional Oil $20 off. $39.99". Then the mechanic then proceeded to fill the vehicle with full synthetic then wanted to charge me $89.99 for the oil change. I told them once again about the coupon that said "Conventional Oil" and they said they didnt have that type of oil for the weight of the vehicle but decided to not inform me before the oil change and instead use full synthetic.
