Scott and the team at the White House TN Express Oil Change are great. Scott explained all of the details about the service they were performing, gave me additional service recommendations and provided me with a very competitive quote on a set of tires.
Came in looking for an Alignment. Josh showed me how the bald spots on my tires were causing the alignment issues. Car feels like these new 2020’s now and Express Oil is a classic location. Josh and Kayla were very professional and friendly. They did a great job making sure I’ll be safe and comfortable traveling.
Came in to have oil changed, and a tire rotation and balance. Left with out any work done. Sounds strange. Let me explain, when the oil change was actually started the Manger stopped the work and pointed something out to me about the oil filter. It was twisted and stripped on the oil nipple. Oil had been already drained. Now being in a spot one does not like to be in.
