I went to WH Express Oil Change to get 2 fuses checked out for charging sockets in my Altima. Keysean, the Service manager checked it out, spent 10-15 mins trying to find the right fuses but did not have them . He told me to go to auto parts store get the fuses and bring them back and he would install them. I did as he said and he did as he said. After getting the fuses, Keysean installed them. Zaine and Landon did a super job, very strong customer service, rare these days. Zaine was a great leader, was training Landon while running another stall, dude is impressive! Put him in charge! Kayla (I think) was also fantastic. Thanks for having a waiting area with coffee as well. Gave me a coupon we used that day as well. I will be back!
I came in with a tire pressure issue and Josh & crew were amazing! Fixed my issue no problem they are super friendly I highly recommend them!!
Zach at Express Oil Change in White House was awesome! Super friendly and helpful, and he made sure everything was done right. The service was quick, and he explained everything in a way that made sense. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back.
