Greta oil change experience on my mom’s car. Rana was super nice!
Got in before the tsunami kicked in halfway thru the service, but Rana and the guys got me in and out in a flash!
Went for diagnostic, said we only wanted that. Then all of a sudden I have a right at $300 bill because "they went ahead and fixed it" without asking or saying anything at all. Told the woman we ONLY WANTED a diagnostic. And told Josh. But instead of saying anything they just went ahead and done stuff without asking. Won't be back, wouldn't recommend
I had an incredibly smooth oil change at this location & they're really not kidding about the "express" part either. I happened to mention I have a long road trip ahead & they were extra sure to give my car a veeery thorough once over. Alllllll the way down to windshield wiper fluid. Sometimes I can also have a quuuiiiite a few questions & Carson was particularly informative & helpful too! I will be returning.
Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a simple tire patch after getting a nail, and they tried to tell me my tire was “warped” from driving on it. On top of that, they gave me a quote for a completely different car that isn’t even mine. I left and went to a trusted mechanic, who confirmed it only needed a basic patch and that there was no warping at all.
